Aurore, in the personalized linen department, is absolutely fabulous! Smiling, gentle, and patient, she's a great listener, and she knows how to thoughtfully and subtly meet the customer's expectations. She's very helpful and knowledgeable, giving sound advice and enhancing the bathrobes and pillows with her wonderful creativity and professionalism. Very warm welcome in the departments, good advice and speed of order taking. On the other hand, the delivery service leaves something to be desired! First appointment canceled in the middle of the proposed time slot, while I had come for the reception and delivery at 6 p.m. the second time, while the announced time slot was from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Long wait!

25/09/2024: I come to Kiabi Saint Egreve very often and I am always very satisfied. The store is clean, the welcome is friendly and the team is very pleasant. Plus there are some really nice things at very reasonable prices. Special mention to Antoinette and her 2 colleagues whose names I unfortunately don't remember (I feel like I'm going to get scolded 😅) who spent a lot of time solving a loyalty card problem for me, which customer service by telephone did not didn't manage to solve me, and that with a lot of patience and smiles, so thank you to them :) I recommend without hesitation
