Always top-notch! This is our fourth visit (a 150-kilometer round trip), and we've never been disappointed. The welcome, the service, and the quality of the food are consistently excellent. I highly recommend it.

The service was pleasant, but we were unfortunately disappointed by the food.
The starters were good and fresh.
Then, the main courses were a letdown: the meat was tough and the fish wasn't particularly to our liking. Furthermore, the portions were rather small.
The dessert improved things somewhat, but it wasn't anything special either.
So, in our opinion, the value for money was disappointing.

Good market. Take advantage of the fish counter offers around 7 pm.
Oysters are a given; if you like them, take them—they're really good value there. Seasonal vegetables are readily available. I also filled up my tank at a good price.

We know the region, but this was our first time at La Mer, and we regret not having discovered it sooner. The welcome was fantastic, the sweetbreads were divine, as were the desserts. And the Robert oysters were superb. We'll definitely be back, and also during the day for the view.

The calm and intimate atmosphere allowed my husband (TSA) and me to have a very pleasant time. Add to that the excellent cuisine!!! (I highly recommend the sweetbreads ++) A huge thank you to Dominique and his wife. The food and service are beyond 5 stars ⭐

Magnificent gourmet restaurant with an exceptional corner location, facing the sea, refined and well-prepared cuisine, veal sweetbreads grilled on the outside and tender on the inside...
The foie gras is also very good.
Not to mention the fish.
A little less of a fan of the desserts.

It's a shame that the menu is short and that two key dishes are missing: whelks as a starter and lobster as a main course (no matter what the management explained. These shortcomings were not mentioned either when we booked or when we arrived). The service was seriously lacking in smiles (it was like being in a Michelin-starred restaurant, prout prout!). Otherwise, the view is pleasant and what we were able to order was very good. The prices were still excessive.
