A very pleasant restaurant! The owner's warm welcome, his passion for homemade cuisine and local ingredients, makes you want to come back! We had the mussels with Roquefort cheese, and they were excellent. We received very good wine recommendations. I highly recommend it.

Near the port. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at this restaurant, with delicious anchovies, perfectly seasoned octopus gratin, and grilled sea bream. The portions were very generous, so we skipped dessert. The service was impeccable. Thank you.

The wait was a bit long at aperitif time until the waiter informed us they'd had a problem with the till. Otherwise, it was excellent; we all loved it and would like to commend the staff for their patience and kindness.

I'm giving it 5 stars except for the atmosphere, because the food and service were truly excellent. However, there was one thing that bothered me a lot. Seeing a waiter, who was very friendly, professional, and impeccable throughout the entire service, being reprimanded in front of the customers was really inappropriate. Honestly, I was on the verge of saying something, but I held back. This kind of situation makes both the staff and the customers uncomfortable. It's a shame, because it tarnishes what would have been a perfect experience.

This is the perfect place to enjoy excellent cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Attentive service and a family-run establishment. We will definitely return on our next trips to Port-Vendres in Spain.

What can I say except that everything was perfect. The welcome, from the owner Nicolas to the servers, was very friendly. To start, the Banyuls sangria was superb! Then we had the fisherman's menu at €25 per person. The food was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious. We highly recommend this establishment and will gladly return.

12/08/2026: August 2026, we arrived without a reservation and received a very personal welcome. We were introduced to the new menu items, including a bonito pissaladière (see photo) that you absolutely must try! The delicious Zarzuela, with its trio of fish, squid, and shrimp, all served with a rich, reduced sauce that's simply irresistible... and to finish, a baba au vieux mar de Baniuls, which is simply divine. Thank you again for this lovely experience! See you next year. August 2025 at 1:50 pm, we arrived without a reservation and were accepted! A very warm welcome, exquisite cuisine with exceptionally fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the bouillabaisse, which is absolutely delicious. Keep up the good work, and we look forward to returning on our next visit.

Push open the door, sit down, let your appetite guide you... and treat yourself. Because some places deserve to be tasted. The Côte Vermeille deserves to be experienced…

26/08/2026: A very nice restaurant with an indoor dining room, an upstairs dining room, and a pleasant covered terrace. Reservations are necessary in the summer, as we were warned. The menu is excellent, featuring meat, fish, and seafood dishes. There are also three very appealing set menus. The portions are generous, as are the presentation of the dishes. The servers are very friendly and offer excellent advice on both the food and the wines. I highly recommend it if you are passing through Port-Vendres.
