Le Restaureau sur Saint-Leonard-De-Noblat

Hello, I came last night for the Valentine's Day dinner. The band Ebam was great; we had a lovely time with some beautiful French songs. The meal was generally good, except for the waitress who was borderline rude. I was ordered a Périgord-style appetizer with foie gras. When my plate arrived, I had less than half the amount of foie gras compared to my partner, and it was just the beginning. I called the waitress over to ask if it was normal to only have half the amount compared to my partner. Her response was, "Only three-year-olds ask for that." I find that really unacceptable. I almost got up from the table to go see the owner to complain and demand an apology. Not wanting to cause a scene, I stayed seated. Overall, a good evening, apart from the waitress's behavior, which was more than unacceptable.

Passing through the area for a dog show, we followed the advice of the "Petit Futé" guide. We arrived as a group of six. Very good restaurant: homemade cuisine, tender meat, and a very reasonable price. Friendly welcome. Highly recommended! 👍

Unfortunately, there have been some changes for the worse at this restaurant we used to love. The service is professional, quick, and friendly, but less welcoming. The menu and prices are attractive, but the food... I don't know what to say. The andouillettes made us sick, unfortunately, and the kitchen isn't very clean (we saw dirt under the furniture). The buffet is dimly lit, which makes you question the salads you've chosen, and it contains several similar dishes. All of this can be fixed so that the place can once again become a great spot!

Friday the 26th, the only restaurant that would accommodate the two of us, 12:30 pm in Saint-Léonard de Noblat. Excellent value for money. Welcoming, efficient, and friendly staff, especially for very young people! Appetizers, meat, and desserts were all buffet-style. Everything was very good, go without hesitation.

A restaurant that doesn't look like much at first glance, with outdated decor, but the welcome is very warm, and the staff are extremely kind and smiling. The cuisine is traditional and of remarkable quality, with a special mention for the terrine served at the table – it's amazing! 😊😊😊

Family atmosphere, homemade food, good value for money

A restaurant that doesn't look like much, a bit "retro," like an old village bistro, but with unbeatable value for money, excellent cuisine, and meats, but meats... Quite simply EXCEPTIONAL! Both in quantity (huge) and quality (local Limousin beef), it's unheard of! I almost forgot the terrine (homemade), which deserves the same description. You serve yourself the starters (there's a selection) and the desserts, which are less "convincing" but still very good. A friendly young woman provides service, a boss who knows his stuff, and you have one of the best (if not "THE" best) restaurants for the quality and quantity of meats served and for the value for money. My respect to the chef.

XXL starter and dessert buffet, all homemade, a real treat. We also had a terrine and fries. I highly recommend it.
