Our favorite spot on the island! Every year, this is our first stop as soon as we arrive. The mussels are fantastic and the fries are without a doubt the best on the island. All year round, we look forward to the delicious Riz au Lait from Poisson Rouge, a true classic. The new tiramisu is also highly recommended! During peak season, there is often live music, which makes the cozy atmosphere complete. A place we return to with great pleasure every year!

While strolling through the market square, a delicious aroma of mussels immediately drew us in… and our taste buds didn't disappoint!
We asked for a table for two and were greeted with great kindness. The owner took the time to find us a comfortable table so we were perfectly seated.
The mussels were simply exquisite, perfectly cooked. After two disappointing experiences on Belle-Île, we were finally delighted to have found an excellent restaurant.
To finish, the salted caramel rice was absolutely delicious. Add to that the smiles and friendliness of the waitresses, and you have a very pleasant experience.
An unpretentious restaurant where the food is remarkably good, with a warm welcome. A place we highly recommend!

Curried mussels and fries were really good.
Relaxed atmosphere with a very friendly owner and waitress. It was wonderful to be on the sunny terrace at the end of the day.

We based our decision on previous reviews, which had piqued our interest, but you never know until you try, so we decided to test it ourselves!
And honestly, we loved it! The staff and the owner were lovely; we felt right at home. The food was delicious, absolutely nothing to complain about! 🤍
