To the customer at Réveil matin (terrace in front of Gibert Joseph) who bothered a charming couple today just because they inadvertently dropped a small receipt while taking a book out of their bag: in addition to being a grumpy and odious person, you are not setting a good example by leaving your own rubbish behind!

What stands out about this restaurant is it's consistently good food and wonderful service. My server Jen sparkled with good humor and joie de vivre. It's a real treat whether you're just getting a coffee, omelet or sandwich. Relax, kick back and enjoy.

01/09/2026: The service was quite pleasant; the lady who was a bit taller was very welcoming, warm, and smiling. However, the other lady, who was a bit shorter, asked for our student IDs, even though we go there quite often and her colleague told her she knew us and that we were frequent customers. She still insisted on seeing our student cards, displaying a passive-aggressive attitude. Another group of teenagers came in, and she didn't ask them for their IDs. The service was better for them than for us; throughout the meal, she was unpleasant to us, and I hope it had nothing to do with our skin color.
18/08/2026: Lovely waitresses (two slightly blonde and one with glasses), perfect, take care of yourselves 🥰🩷
