Excellent break from French cuisine! Beautiful courtyard under a spreading tree with a fountain in the center. Delicious tagine and couscous. Very engaging staff and a kitchen with happy hard working crew. Recommended by the valet at our hotel who is from Morocco. Reservations needed as is very popular in Axe-en-Provence.

The food is delicious. Every time we're on holiday in Aix, it's one of our little pleasures to go to the Riad with my dad, Mr. Clément 😉. The tagines and couscous are excellent, the meats and vegetables are perfectly cooked. A real treat! I recommend it 1000%. The staff is attentive. I can't wait to go back!

The service is very slow, the waiters vape cigarettes mid-service, and the waitress is unfriendly and very curt with the customers.
Nevertheless, the couscous and tagines remain a true delight. Much improvement is expected regarding the table service, which unfortunately remains deplorable (the waiters are too cold and lack any rapport, which is a real shame for an oriental restaurant).

A wonderful experience! We received a very warm welcome, even with our baby, which was truly appreciated.
The food was delicious: the lamb tagine with vegetables was incredible, as was the couscous. The semolina was perfect, a real treat!
We will definitely be back. Thank you again for this wonderful experience!
