We had a wonderful 24 hours! We opted for spa access and have no regrets! The reception staff, spa staff, and housekeeping staff were all very pleasant and smiling. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, nothing to complain about. The room decor was very nice and the spa was magnificent. The restaurant could be a little more cozy. Thank you! We will be back.

My rating is for the spa only + buffet. Loving relaxation? Look no further! This is the place to be, you won't be disappointed...

A spa day in a magnificent setting, everything is beautiful, the lunch buffet was exceptional, and the afternoon tea was a return to childhood – a truly delightful experience. We enjoyed it as a couple, a moment of sharing and relaxation that we'll definitely repeat very soon.

This was our second stay at the Hotel Le Roi Arthur. Everything was truly wonderful: being able to access the relaxation area directly without having to go outside. The relaxation area itself was fantastic! We had a wonderful time there, with a superb welcome!

A lakeside hotel that I've had the pleasure of visiting several times. The new spa is very nice, offering a full range of saunas, pools, and beautiful spaces to relax and enjoy the magnificent view. It remains to be seen how well it will be maintained over the years, as the decor is lovely but quite difficult to keep clean. A drawback is the staff's communication. The information is often misleading; you reserve a table but aren't on the list, you're told there's a menu but it turns out to be a buffet… it's impossible to get a summary of services the day before departure… there are omissions and errors on the bill on the day of departure. It's very chaotic and absolutely not what you'd expect from such a hotel. Even though the staff is very friendly, there seems to be no cohesion or consistency. It's a shame. I should also add that management shows off their new space to friends or partners in a rather indiscreet way, which detracts from the privacy of the place… As for the restaurant, it's slightly overpriced. €15 for a cheese plate with frankly mediocre cheeses and a waiter who doesn't really know what's on it… Everything is tasty and nicely presented, but the portions are small… Overall, I recommend it, but if you're used to 4-star hotels, you might be in for a few surprises. But honestly, nothing too bad. 🙂

Thanks to a gift voucher I received for my birthday, we booked by phone a month before our arrival. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at reception to find there was no reservation under our name...it was a real turn-off. A staff error, no doubt; it happens, but it's never pleasant, especially in reputable establishments. Fortunately, they managed to find us a room at the last minute. However, a gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated as an apology (a complimentary evening aperitif or an upgrade), but unfortunately, we received nothing of the sort...what a shame! On the plus side, the new spa is fantastic, and the restaurant is very good.

We came as a couple for a weekend. The location is simply exceptional, nestled in a verdant setting between the golf course and the lake: the tranquility was truly wonderful. We opted for the package including spa access, dinner, overnight stay, and breakfast. The wellness area is a real success: clean changing rooms, modern lockers. Upon arrival, each guest receives a wicker basket for their belongings, an excellent idea. Once at the spa, a drinks area is available (detox water, tea): everything is clean and well-organized. One minor drawback, however, which we did mention: the doors to the relaxation rooms slam quite loudly when entering and exiting, which woke us up. Additionally, in the hammam, the loud sound of water falling overhead was a bit unpleasant. Apart from these points, everything was perfect. As for the staff, they were all, without exception, welcoming, smiling, and professional: Cynthia at reception, Sophie at the spa, Dorian in the restaurant, Thibault at the night reception, not forgetting the manager. Each person took the time to chat with us and contributed to making this weekend particularly personal and warm, a level of attention that has become rare in some establishments, despite the crowds! We will definitely be back soon.

A wonderful discovery for us! The room is well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The best part: the spa is incredible!! 3000m² of timeless relaxation. Total escape for a romantic weekend getaway 😍 We will gladly return

The nature spa is just amazing, the massages are very well done, the staff are very attentive, I loved it!

Just was at the restaurant. Since the change of ownership. This is my second time. Honestly, it's worth the trip. Not a lot of choice on the daily menu, which is a good sign. It's very good, the presentation is lovely, and the portions are well-balanced. The desserts are simply divine.
