For the daily rate, we found the services lacked variety and the value for money wasn't there. The water in the main pool wasn't warm enough, and the lower and outdoor jacuzzis were only lukewarm, which wasn't very pleasant. There are three different saunas, which is nice, but it feels repetitive. It might have been interesting to offer other types of spaces to diversify the experience more. The buffet, on the other hand, was very good; no complaints there. There weren't enough showers available, so we had to wait. Finally, there were far too many relaxation areas but not enough varied facilities compared to other establishments in a similar price range. (Qc Terme Chamonix) Overall, the experience was still acceptable, but improvements are needed to fully justify the price.

A lovely spa day this Sunday. The interior design is remarkable and makes the place very pleasant! Consider adding door seals, as the slamming noises in a place like this become quite bothersome towards the end of the day.

We had a wonderful family holiday. First of all, a huge thank you to the entire team, from the hotel and restaurant to the spa; you can really feel their commitment to customer satisfaction and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. The spa is incredible—large and beautiful, with a wide range of activities. The restaurant is good. We'll definitely be back!

We came for a morning spa treatment and all-you-can-eat buffet. The place and decor are magnificent, however, the buffet is absolutely not up to par. We ate cold passion fruit pomegranate, unfortunately, everything wasn't homemade, and the desserts were not good at all. A shame for us, I don't recommend it; the value for money is unbalanced. €160 for two people to eat mass-produced food? No thanks!

First stay after Christmas, as a couple, and I returned with great pleasure in early February with my girlfriends. A five-star welcome, Paola was an angel! Clean rooms, and a high-quality breakfast and lunch buffet. Special mention for the evenings with friendly, funny, and discreet waiters, not to mention the chef's amazing potato salad! And what can I say about the spa... it's exceptional. Thank you to Lucie's magic touch! Thank you so much. I'll be back as soon as possible.

The "coup de cœur" (favorite) package was a real treat. We truly enjoyed the spa, which was very comprehensive and modern, as well as the room. However, the room wasn't the one we booked online. I had reserved a prestige room, not a junior suite, which was a disappointment as I wanted a queen-size bed, not two mattresses pushed together. As for dinner, the three-course menu turned out to be a buffet on Sunday and Monday evenings (not mentioned on your website). It was a very basic buffet, completely unworthy of the resort's reputation. Frozen desserts, etc. The evening service was disastrous; we wondered if it was some kind of hidden camera prank! And can we even call it service at all? We had to wait to be seated, even though there were very few people there. We weren't offered a drinks menu, and the couples around us who ordered drinks either received the wrong cocktail or had to be sent back to them to reorder because the server had forgotten. The plates weren't cleared between courses (starter/main/dessert), and the welcome was truly astonishing… the other guests around us shared the same opinion. In short, we recommend the spa, the room, and the breakfast. The reception staff were friendly (although I never received a reply to my email two days before our visit and couldn't reach you by phone). I sincerely hope this review will help you improve your entire property and create a truly magical place in the future.

Deluxe room without slippers or a bathrobe… not even a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. We did have a room with a lake view. The staff were pleasant and attentive. The parking lot was full with golfers.

I loved this spa! I stayed for a day and it's the best spa I've ever tried. 3000m² to relax in (I'm still amazed by that number). The staff is lovely, I highly recommend it!

We stayed one night in this very well-located establishment; it's a shame the parking lot fills up so quickly. The room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent bedding. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good with everything you could need. However, dinner was good but nothing special, still lacking in flavor, with a bland amuse-bouche and a very, very long start to the meal. There were also a few service issues, which was a shame.

The value for money was quite disappointing. Given the price of the room, we expected a higher standard and better service. Our request for a meal wasn't taken into account when we booked, which was a real shame on Valentine's Day. Fortunately, the newly opened buffet made up for it with a perfect welcome. The rooms are quite disappointing for this standard: damaged shower column and bathroom vanity, a view of the crane and construction work, damaged paint on the walls, a ventilation grille full of dust... and we found ourselves locked out with the door jammed for 20 minutes (a big thank you to the quick-thinking and resourceful staff who managed to unlock it). As for the spa, the decor is magnificent and the setting very pleasant, but the hot pools are really not hot enough. They're lukewarm, which unfortunately prevents us from enjoying the heated outdoor pools. Furthermore, the sauna in the trees is out of order. Finally, the breakfast is quite basic. Overall, a stay in a pleasant setting, with very attentive staff, but a little short of the expected standard for this type of establishment and price range.
