We recently stayed at this establishment. Here is some constructive feedback, with specific points for improvement. ⚠️ Key points to remember: • Spa: no real jacuzzi with hydromassage jets (mostly bubbles) • Spa: doors slam → constant noise • Rooms: outdated, poorly modernized • Restaurant: quality inconsistent with the hotel's positioning • Electric charging station: unusable without a personal cable 🧖‍♀️ SPA – Well-equipped but disappointing in the essentials The spa is comprehensive and pleasant, but: • The jacuzzis only work with bubbles • The seating in the pool has no jets • There are a few jets in the indoor pool, but they are very localized ➡️ Result: no real massage, limited relaxation ➡️ A shame for an establishment of this caliber 🔇 SPA – Major noise problem • Self-closing doors without dampers • They slam loudly every time someone passes through ➡️ Even in the relaxation rooms, the noise is constant ➡️ Very Detrimental to relaxation 🛏️ ROOMS – Lack of modernity • Clean but dated rooms • Little to no renovation ➡️ Stayed here 15 years ago → virtually no changes ➡️ Outdated style 🍽️ RESTAURANT – Disappointing for the standard • Semi-gastronomic positioning Example: • “Signature” burger → not homemade fries → undercooked fries → insufficient portion size ➡️ Still hungry after the meal ➡️ Questionable value for money ⚡ CHARGING STATION – Unpleasant surprise • Charging station present but: → requires your own cable ➡️ Impossible to charge on site ➡️ Outdated system (current charging stations have integrated cables) ✅ Conclusion The establishment has potential, but several concrete points detract from it The experience: • Spa needs improvement (jets + quieter rooms) • Rooms need modernization • Restaurant needs to be aligned with its positioning • Services need updating (electric vehicle charging station) 👉 With a few adjustments, the experience could be significantly better.

The spa is really lovely and true to the photos; we had a great time there! The room was quite nice, a bit dated but clean. If I come back, I don't think I'd book it again. The service was also very good, both the meals and the buffet. The wait for dinner was really long at first (about 45 minutes), but after the first course, it was much more efficient! The staff is very friendly too!

A fantastic day of relaxation! Several swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and a spa. Meals and snacks included in the package for a reasonable price. We highly recommend this place.

A decent stay despite many negative points. I'll start by saying that the hotel doesn't live up to its claimed standards. The information provided during the booking process is inaccurate. The spa isn't included in the hotel reservation (which isn't mentioned). Furthermore, the room and its location weren't what we had booked. The reception was particularly cold at times. We felt like we were "bothering" them on several occasions, which was extremely unpleasant. The hotel is set up in such a way as to charge guests as many extras as possible, again due to the lack of information provided before arrival. The breakfast was neither plentiful nor of good quality. They were out of scrambled eggs, and the staff seemed to laugh at the situation rather than refill them (which is normally the case in a 4-star hotel). Furthermore, don't plan on staying up late, because from 10 a.m. onwards, the staff rushes you to leave (they cleared our plates before we had finished) to set the lunch table. The fact that the natural setting and the spa are particularly pleasant did, however, contribute to a good experience. Nevertheless, considering the price, we do not recommend this establishment.

We had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always smiling. The spa was a magical place; we had a fantastic relaxing experience—everything was perfect. We also ate at the restaurant; the food was delicious and beautifully presented. I've been recommending it to everyone I know. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time at this hotel and the day at the Spa was magnificent. I can't wait to go back. The staff were very pleasant, and I highly recommend this establishment. We were there on a Monday outside of school holidays and there were hardly any people there, which made it even more pleasant to enjoy the 3 floors of the Spa.

The setting is idyllic and the staff is incredibly attentive. The buffet and afternoon tea were generous and delicious. However, we booked a one-hour treatment that actually lasted barely 40 minutes... I've also noticed other reviews that confirm this. We were seen for our treatment 30 minutes late. Forty-five minutes later, we were already out, despite it being supposed to be a 50-minute massage plus 10 minutes of preparation. We reported this, and as compensation, we were offered a hydrotherapy session for a future visit, which may not even happen... This is a shame, given the many wonderful qualities of this beautiful place.

We came for a short break, and the hotel room was fine, the only downside being the poor soundproofing. Regarding the restaurant (for dinner), the menu was very tempting. Unfortunately, the menu promised too much for what we actually got. However, the waitstaff were very charming and professional! The service was almost up to the standards of a fine dining establishment, but the food didn't live up to them, which is a real shame. As for the spa, it was truly excellent! However, renovations were underway, which might inconvenience some guests.

Hello, 1 night, family room. Condition: very good, quiet, clean, no slamming doors in the hallway. Restaurant: discreet and respectful welcome, food: Good +, except the octopus portion was a bit small: 1 slice. Breakfast: Very complete, high quality. Spa: Almost perfect. Just like in the photos. The only downside: faulty jacuzzi. A "pool" atmosphere on Saturday morning, whereas everything is designed for peace and relaxation. Perhaps a note for guests could be added? Highlight: Salt cave. But the door slams. A shame, otherwise the sleeping bubble would be perfect. Note: Salt cave: destressing effect and promotes sleep. Cleanliness: perfect. Drinks: consider offering Ayurvedic herbal teas, which would complement the setting well. Thank you.
