Le Royal d'Auxerre sur Auxerre

A real favorite! The all-you-can-eat menu may be small, but each dish is of incredible quality. The plates arrive in dribs and drabs, and for once, the wait is well worth it: everything is perfectly prepared and delicious. Special mention to the shrimp, I've never had such good ones! Their marinade and cooking are simply marvelous, and the steamed shrimp are to die for. Sure, some dishes may seem a little greasy, but honestly, with such flavor, it doesn't spoil the pleasure in any way. A place to recommend without hesitation!
