Everything is good, and the service is friendly. Like all the trendy and cool restaurants in the neighborhood, it's always packed, often very crowded... A shame. But honestly, it's worth the wait.
The burgers of the month are often original recipes worth trying: I'm personally a big fan of the Basque burger!

I've been to Ruisseau several times, and for the past two years the problem has been the same: the burgers, and especially the meat, are lukewarm, even though the service isn't always at its peak. I've raised the issue repeatedly without any improvement. It's also quite unpleasant to be asked to pay extra tips. Perhaps it would be acceptable to have the option on the payment terminal, but it's awkward to ask the customer for it as well. This isn't part of French culture, unlike in the US, and I don't want it to become so. The servers' wages already take service into account.

Service was fine and efficient.
Burger so so; commercial products for most of the dish: sauce, fries, Jalapenos cheddar balls..and desert. patty average. Overatted restaurant definitely.
