An excellent vegetarian restaurant in Toulouse in every respect. The waiter was very friendly, generous, and witty; the food was plentiful and exquisite (from the tagines to the pastry platter); and the setting was pleasant. And on top of that, the price was very reasonable—what more could you ask for?

We had an excellent lunch at Safran; the service was very quick and the food was superb. The value for money is unbeatable, and the owner's generosity knows no bounds. Don't hesitate to go and eat there; you won't be disappointed!

It felt like eating at a family member's house! And that's thanks to the warm welcome, the manager's generosity, the overall atmosphere (with the kitchen right there), and the comforting dishes... all at a very reasonable price. Thank you for this meal!

Great restaurant with amazing food and generous hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious and we were welcomed very warmly. You can get a 'formule' for 15 EUR which includes an entree, main, and desert! Will definitely come back next time I'm in Toulouse.

The music is lively, perfect for dancing, laughing, and enjoying a cheerful and welcoming ambiance. The place has a lot of charm, with Spanish phrases written on the walls and fun details everywhere, giving it a unique personality. The sangria is absolutely wonderful: delicious, refreshing, and perfect for sharing. We also loved the tapas, especially the Padrón peppers and the aioli sauce, which were delicious. I also want to highlight the work of the security staff, who were very professional, friendly, and attentive, making the atmosphere pleasant and safe for everyone. A place with music, good humor, sangria, tapas, and a great Spanish atmosphere. Without a doubt, one of the best places in Toulouse to enjoy yourself and have a good time.
