Hello, I've been to Safran and I go back often! It's a great place! I also tried this restaurant during Spanish Week; the pan con tomate with a glass of sangria was delicious.
The dishes served here are incredibly fresh. The service is always impeccable. The staff is very pleasant.
The fish dishes, like the wild sea bass, are excellent! Just one piece of advice: keep up the good work! See you soon!

After a change of ownership in May 2025, Le Safran became the best restaurant in Trets. It's one of those rare gems that will soon be recognized by Michelin or similar guides.
The menus are prepared with genuine passion and meticulous care, combining fresh produce and Mediterranean flavors.
Excellent cuisine combined with welcoming staff in a cozy, family atmosphere, and children are especially welcome.
I've had the pleasure of going there several times, and each time it's been a delight. A must-try!

The staff were incredibly attentive, both in the dining room and the kitchen. The refined cuisine was a delight for the palate, with exquisite exotic flavors. No need to look for a Michelin-starred restaurant; we discovered a gem.
