While passing through this city, we chose this restaurant by chance; it was an excellent experience, the food was delicious, the dishes were beautifully presented, and the service was top-notch!

We've been here several times now and are always thrilled. This time, our starters were salmon tartare – fresh, delicately seasoned, and beautifully presented – and Provençal-style gratinated mussels, cooked to perfection. For our main course, we shared the tomahawk steak: cooked to perfection, with mashed potatoes and a mushroom medley. The real star, however, was the morel sauce – simply amazing and worth the trip alone. As always, we received a warm welcome, attentive and prompt service, and a kitchen that works efficiently without compromising on quality. The menu on the blackboard changes regularly, and everything is homemade and prepared with evident care. We'll definitely be back – highly recommended.

Le Safran, Trets – 5 stars Last night we spontaneously decided to dine on the terrace and were absolutely delighted. The salmon tartare on avocado, topped with fried carrot strips, was fresh and pleasantly light – a perfect start to a warm evening. The duck breast was cooked to perfection, served with thyme, creamy mashed potatoes, and Provençal vegetables. The portions were generous, and the plates were beautifully presented without seeming pretentious. A well-chilled rosé to go with it – what more could you want in Provence? We would especially like to commend the young waiter: highly professional, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The kitchen also worked remarkably quickly – the wait times were short, even though it was busy. And another plus for us: Our dog was, of course, allowed to join us at the outdoor table and was immediately given a bowl of water without us even having to ask. It's these little things that make all the difference. We would love to come back – highly recommended. ... --------- After our first visit recently, we returned for a second time – and were once again absolutely delighted. We started with a cold seafood salad with squid and octopus on frisée lettuce with herb vinaigrette, refreshing on a warm evening and beautifully presented. This was followed by moules-frites: the bowl was overflowing, the broth aromatic, and the fries crispy. We enjoyed it with a white wine that paired perfectly with the mussels. Generous portions, excellent quality. We received a very friendly welcome, and the same young waiter served us as last time: highly professional, attentive, and quick without being intrusive. Everything from the kitchen also arrived promptly. Two visits, two thoroughly enjoyable evenings. A definite recommendation – we'll be back.

During my holiday nearby, I stumbled upon this restaurant and it was a delight from start to finish. Balanced meals made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a great atmosphere. The restaurant's decor is fantastic. Thank you again!

A very welcoming little village restaurant with a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The food is extremely good and refined. All the dishes look tempting and are homemade, so I ended up trying everything on my table.
