We stumbled upon this charming village and this restaurant: a brilliant idea! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the ingredients were high quality, the prices reasonable, the location very pleasant, and the staff extremely friendly.

My wife and I had dinner at Le Safran and had a delightful time, in every sense of the word. The cuisine was excellent and truly original—I didn't think I could be surprised by a tomato and burrata dish, or a whole sea bream, but the chef managed to pull it off, with truly unique flavors. It's true that in Provence, everything is about the spices!
Talking with the owner, we understood that these flavors stemmed directly from his passion for cooking. We were just passing through the village of Trets, but I imagine customers must come from all over the region for this authentic cuisine. Go without hesitation!

First of all, a huge thank you to the entire team for welcoming us with smiles and good cheer after 9:30 pm. Many thanks also to Shadock for his pleasant company. A terrace in a quiet setting completes this delightful environment. The menu features a mix of quality meats and fresh fish. The portions are generous, and the fish dishes are accompanied by a variety of fresh vegetables. In short, a highly recommended restaurant.

I came for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome, the choice of dishes which were perfectly cooked, the very good desserts, I will come back!

We received a very warm welcome; the servers were very polite and attentive.
Orders were handled efficiently (our young daughter's order arrived very quickly).
The food was also perfect, absolutely delicious!
The only downside, which had nothing to do with the restaurant itself, was an elderly couple who were unpleasant and demanding with the waitress, who was otherwise very competent and responsive.
