Le Saigon sur Angers

I refuse to believe that they operate solely on the "Too Good To Go" initiative.

A lovely Vietnamese restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff. I've ordered the bo bun every time I've been there. The portion is very generous! However, I wonder if the recipe has changed slightly, because after my first visit, I found the other bo buns different from the very first one I had, which I found truly exceptional, about three years ago.
