We came to eat pizza as a family. They were very good. A very warm welcome and excellent mulled wine.

Despite being very busy, we were found a table, unlike at Sierra, and the service was very pleasant. And the food was good.

A very pleasant evening, excellent meal served with a smile. I highly recommend it.

A very friendly place, a very smiling and professional team, and this has been the case for years.

We ate at this establishment and, unfortunately, our experience was severely marred by the behavior of a waitress (short hair, blue uniform). Upon arrival, when we asked about the wait time, the waitress reacted rudely, telling us it would be ready "when it was ready," in a very unprofessional tone. Despite this, we decided to sit down and order. When it came time to order, I simply asked if it was possible to have drinks with our food. The response was very curt, indicating that it wasn't up to us to choose and that it would arrive "when it arrived." Thinking it was a misunderstanding, I calmly resumed the conversation a little later to clarify my request. The waitress then reacted even more unpleasantly, referring back to our previous question about the wait time, before leaving with a sigh. We fully understand that lunchtime service can be intense and that the job is demanding. However, politeness and respect towards customers remain essential. If this becomes too difficult, a professional reassessment may be necessary. Aside from this incident, the restaurant was good and the prices reasonable. Our disappointment stems solely from the behavior of this waitress.

The food is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is quick and efficient. Furthermore, the prices are much more affordable than the surrounding restaurants.

They're really nice, always smiling, and that's just great. I've been going there for five years and I've never been disappointed. Of course, it's slow during peak season, like everywhere else; there are way too many people in Prapoutel now... Anyway, I love them.

Fantastic experience with absolutely lovely staff and exquisite fondue, don't hesitate and go treat yourself here!
