Takeaway for just me. Lovely welcome, I was 30 minutes early but they opened at 6:30 p.m. Everything super well packaged and presented. Very good value for money. But some downsides. I order a palette of starters. Excellent pressed duck foie gras. I don't like fruit bread... question of taste. But what bothered me even though I am a fan of smoking is the scallops and salmon which are too smoked, this destroys the taste of the product and its texture which is no longer soft. The product is overcooked. In my opinion, it is a question of adjustment. I'm a former caterer, that's why I say that. Once you have the right setting it will be great! We sense great research work but be careful not to drown out the flavors. The bundles of sole are always the same, but drowned out by too many accompanying flavors, they can be too numerous and too different. The ultra fresh and light cracker éclair! Good luck to everyone and congratulations for the work accomplished, just be careful with the dosages. Ah I forgot the mango coulis, just delicious 😀
Restaurant which represents French gastronomy very well, congratulations to the chef and his team, quiet place, warm and friendly welcome, the waitresses take great care, everything was perfect (a little wink for the napkin which smelled like Christmas, the lady will understand)
Although I live far away, I will return to your restaurant with great pleasure.
