A wonderful discovery in Tonnerre. An old-fashioned restaurant, just the way we like it. A very warm and attentive welcome. The wine list boasts a wine cellar with a strong focus on Burgundy. Beautifully presented dishes, true chef-quality cuisine. We loved this place, the very friendly owner, and the authentic food. We'll be back!

2nd time and we still love it. We love the chef's generous and gourmet cuisine, always well executed. We love the owner and her sense of humor, with whom we always have a good time when we are epicureans. The somewhat old-fashioned, no-frills setting is forgotten as soon as the conversation begins and the tasty dishes arrive. We will definitely come back... and this time I will try the rums with their daring names that made us smile before even entering the restaurant. Thank you and see you next time, the Saint-Père team. You do everything I love when I go to a restaurant.

17/11/2025: Everything was perfect. The location, the Fosse Dionne is a place steeped in history. The comfortable room. The particularly generous breakfast. The very welcoming owner.
