We went to eat at St Saturnin this Sunday the 17th at lunchtime.
Excellent service.
A good menu.
We chose the €28 set menu. Plenty of choice in starters, main courses, and desserts. The cheese plate was also good.
Highly recommended!
Mansonville is a picture-perfect little village perched on a beautiful hilltop, home to just 300 souls.
At its heart you'll find Hotel/Restaurant Saturn — the kind of place that welcomes you like family from the moment you walk in. The food is delicious, the staff genuinely cares, and the whole atmosphere just makes you exhale.
There’s cozy seating both indoors and out on the terrace. Tourist buses do stop by now and then, so if you’re coming with a group it’s smart to call ahead or pop by to reserve a table.
Me and my pal have both lived in the Gers for over 20yrs and never eaten here. Running late arrived for lunch at 13h30 - caused them no issue. Really nice food, copious menu of proper French fare. Friendly service and were happy to let us finish our coffees and leave after 3pm. It was like the Gers used to be - family restaurant where they know how to cook, and serve their customers with a smile. Strongly recommended.
We used restaurant.
Fantastic restaurant. We have been there in the evening & in the afternoon. It has never disappointed us.
The food & wine always has been very tasty. Also very good value for money. The staff are very attentive and helpful, even though our French is very broken at the moment.
Highly recommended. Will be visiting again. Dog friendly.
A really lovely restaurant serving traditional cuisine. A warm welcome. Soup to start. The starter, main course, and dessert were all delicious. Excellent service. A well-deserved 5 stars. During my nativity scene tour, it was a great find.
I can't comment on the hotel as I didn't stay there.
