The welcome was warm; the girls were smiling, very kind, and pleasant. It was truly a pleasure to be greeted with a smile. However, the waiter upstairs was grumpy, clearly unwilling to make any effort, and cold, even bordering on aggressive, when spoken to. It's a shame, as it contrasts sharply with the welcome from the rest of the team. The setting is magnificent, with a superb view of the harbor. However, I was very disappointed by the mussels and fries. The mussels were tiny, and many were half-closed. The pot was half empty, much less full than usual. The fries, clearly frozen, were cold, and the panisses (chickpea fritters) weren't cooked enough. It's a real shame, because the setting is superb, and some of the staff are very welcoming. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and the upstairs waiter's attitude spoiled the experience.
