The experience is interesting, the couscous is quite good. Hearty in vegetables and semolina (sheep couscous 18 euros)

Being of Moroccan origin: The couscous was quite decent, however the meat was dry (mixture of lamb and beef) and the semolina was not cooked enough. I'm live at this restaurant and I notice that the owner still speaks DRY. So.
