First time we came for dinner last Saturday evening, very, very good, nothing to complain about, in my opinion. I highly recommend it, we had a lovely evening.

A delightful moment at the end of the day and the end of the week, accompanied by a sunset over the Somme Valley! The region's subtleties were showcased, beautifully presented, the cod was cooked to perfection, among other things… and the homemade butter 😋😋😋 had the color of summer butter with the taste of old-fashioned butter! Bravo to the entire Saltimbanque team!

Hello, We are regulars at this restaurant. It's our little treat twice a year. We've always appreciated its creativity, the thoughtful touches, and the originality of the dishes. Unfortunately, this week we were disappointed. The first amuse-bouche lived up to our expectations, but the rest of the meal was much more disappointing. The "perfect egg" was unremarkable. The starter, based on beans, was decent: the vegetables were well-cooked and flavorful, but there was no creativity, no surprise. The fish was cooked perfectly, the ingredients were fresh, but the sauce, although rich, lacked harmony (perhaps this is also a matter of taste). The lamb, served with potatoes, was bland. The desserts were pleasant. The first raspberry ice cream, accompanied by blueberries, was excellent. However, we were surprised to find a second raspberry ice cream as the second dessert, this time with raspberries. The whole thing was far too sweet and lacked finesse. In the end, the meal was decent and the setting was beautiful. However, what we felt defined this restaurant—its creativity and ability to surprise—has significantly declined. The rating may seem harsh and paradoxical given the reviews, but the disappointment was profound.

An incredible view, absolutely perfect cuisine, impeccable service – a great recipe for a pleasant experience. I recommend it 100%!
