Le Sand'Yon sur La Roche-Sur-Yon

We had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant and were able to try the "Experience" menu. It was absolutely flawless. Every dish was excellent, with a wide variety of flavors. The ingredients were prepared with great skill and exceptional taste. The chef and his partner are very professional and very kind. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

An explosion of flavors in my mouth, especially for someone like me who isn't used to this type of restaurant. Surprising in a more remote part of La Roche. Thank you for this discovery. I'd love to go back.

A truly wonderful experience. The menu is incredibly creative, featuring excellent local produce and amazing flavor combinations. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the seaweed ice cream was particularly delicious. The service was full of thoughtful touches that were much appreciated throughout.

Tonight, I experienced passion, professionalism, and humanity. This experience was incredible, unforgettable, and truly extraordinary. THANK YOU for your generosity, these amazing flavors, and your kindness. You can be proud of what you accomplish every day. ☆

An incredible show at the chef's table! Thank you for these wonderful exchanges :) Such passion and perfection. You took us on a journey. A thousand thanks to you both, you are fantastic :)

Incredible restaurant! Thank you for this extraordinary evening! The chef's table remains an exceptional experience for us! Thank you for everything, we will be back!

What a dinner! If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be WOW!!! A huge THANK YOU to my wife for introducing me to this restaurant run by two chefs. I felt like I was at a dinner party with friends, the chef's cuisine was so simple, delicate, delicious, and perfectly executed… and his wife, Solen, welcomed us as if we were family. In addition to the warm welcome, Solen is incredibly talented: discreet and impeccable service (she chose superb cutlery for the restaurant), an outstanding sommelier, and a restaurant manager like we wish we saw more often in Michelin-starred establishments. There's no extra charge for dining at the chef's table, which is rare and worth mentioning. However, be sure to book in advance. In short, if you're near La Roche-sur-Yon or even a little further afield, go without hesitation; it's absolutely fantastic. Many Michelin-starred restaurants (2 or 3 stars) don't even come close. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

Another great experience at this charming restaurant. Everything was simply wonderful. A very pleasant and refined experience. The service, the decor, the food—wow! We will definitely be back.

Second visit to Les Reflets, and just as enjoyable as before! The dishes are of exceptional quality, enhanced by fascinating explanations that allow you to fully appreciate what's on your plate. The service is simply outstanding: attentive, kind, and unpretentious. An intimate spot where you feel right at home. See you soon! 😊
