A very nice discovery, an address to keep carefully..

Located in a super cute village, this meal was a real treat for the senses. I dreamed all night about lobster sauce. The service is perfect! Thanks for this beautiful discovery.

An excellent restaurant near Apt. Impeccable service. The market menu (lunch) was very good even if we were a little disappointed by the dessert (3 small quenelles of sorbet) and the very high prices for the glass of wine (8€50) and the espresso (4 .80€!!!!)

Und wieder mal eine tolle Empfehlung von Tripadvisor. Unsere Vermieterin war eher skeptisch und verwies aus diverse Koch- und Besitzerwechsel in den letzten Jahren, die dem Ruf offenbar nicht gut getan haben. Tripadvisor Bewertungen waren jedoch eher positiv. Also haben wir einen Tisch gebucht (off season eher nicht nötig - das Restaurant war nicht ausgebucht). Sehr freundlicher Empfang samt Frage, ob englische oder französische Speisekarten bevorzugt würden. Das Essen hat uns wirklich begeistert. Die Küche würde ich als kreative Variation klassischer provençalischer Küche bezeichnen. Wirklich super einfallsreiche Gerichte (wer hätte schon geschmortes Ferkel mit Popcorn kombiniert - saulecker). Nette kleine Gesten garnieren den Abend, wie die Austernschale vor dem Dessert, die mit Austernwasser, Apfel und Calvados gefüllt war. Preise im Vergleich zu den Restaurant der Umgebung eher hoch - dafür gibt's aber auch eine Küche, die sich abhebt vom Rest. Würde immer wieder dahin gehen. Das faule Wildschwein ist wirklich den Weg in die Einsamkeit von Caseneuve wert.
