Sarawan is a neighborhood institution. The atmosphere, the staff, and the clientele are reminiscent of another era. It's a family-run restaurant, and its standard is superior to other restaurants in the area. The food remains consistently good and enjoyable, a reputation it has maintained for many years.
You absolutely must try the caramel pork, but the homemade spring rolls are also worth the trip. And in reality, everything is delicious.
In conclusion, you'll have a wonderful time at Sarawan, and I go back from time to time.

Excellent restaurant, the homemade dishes are delicious. Many celebrities have dined here (Teddy Riner, Pierre Richard... (Photos at the entrance)). The only downside was the service (a 45-minute wait for the first courses, and another 10 minutes for subsequent courses), but luckily prawn chips were served while we waited.

Sarawan is an excellent restaurant in the 13th arrondissement. The dishes are entirely homemade, flavorful and generous, with perfectly balanced flavors. You can really taste the quality and care put into each plate.

A HIDDEN GEM IN THE 13TH ARRONDISSEMENT!
The welcome, the food, the atmosphere, the decor… EVERYTHING is perfect!
I stumbled upon it by chance, and it's now an absolute MUST-TRY for me 🔥
The caramelized pork and their rice are simply FABULOUS 🤩
The chef even takes the time to greet us after the meal to see if everything was alright — a real bonus!
The servers are incredibly attentive, the wait is short, and the prices are more than reasonable.
Honestly, I can only recommend that you eat there:
you really, really won't be disappointed ❤️
