A very good little mountain restaurant.
The portions are very generous and the food is delicious. The service is good and has a family atmosphere; there were 11 of us and we were very warmly welcomed and served.
The owner is friendly but doesn't let herself be pushed around (and rightly so when faced with disrespectful customers).

During the off-season, this establishment is open and welcoming, with good food, an amazing Malagasy dish, quality meat, and a slightly generous amount of sauce, but very tasty! The decor and atmosphere are warm, with a fireplace and a soundtrack of our youth from the 90s and 2000s, which is a real treat. The owner and staff are fantastic!

My favorite spot in the area. The owner is very friendly and the chef is incredibly friendly, always with a story to tell. They take excellent care of their customers and are pet-friendly. It's all about quality, quantity, and attention to detail. I highly recommend it! 👍🤩

Fantastic experience at Schuss! A warm and welcoming restaurant with a lovely mountain atmosphere. The dishes are generous and delicious! The service is friendly and efficient; you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Good value for money for the resort. A great place to eat in Bolquère. I highly recommend it.
