Le Sesame sur Florange

I'd like to leave a comment. As a frequent customer of the old Sésames, which I readily recommended back then, I'm very disappointed today. Regarding the food, I have no complaints: the dishes were good, but I find it expensive. For example, a few years ago, the royal couscous was €19.90 per person, and we could get a doggy bag. Now, get this, it's €49! Isn't that outrageous? And that's without a doggy bag. We ordered chicken couscous (€21) and merguez couscous (€25). 🤔 As for the welcome and service, they left me with a very negative impression. I felt like our presence was inconvenient. Perhaps it was just my impression, but we were constantly rushed throughout the meal. We barely had time to sit down before we could even look at the menu properly. Throughout the meal, the staff kept circling our table, giving the impression that we had to eat quickly and leave as fast as possible. This is a shame, because as customers, we appreciate being able to take our time and enjoy the experience. I also felt that some people, clearly known to the establishment or the staff, received a much warmer and more attentive welcome than other customers. This difference in treatment is regrettable, as every customer should be treated with the same consideration. This experience contrasts sharply with my previous dining experiences, and unfortunately, this explains my disappointment. I will not be returning.

It's always a great pleasure to enjoy your excellent couscous in such a beautiful setting. One small suggestion: the red wine should be served a little cooler, not at room temperature.

With this new terrace and top-notch service, everything is perfect.

We came as a family on Thursday around lunchtime to celebrate Mother's Day a little late. As usual, we had a lovely time and enjoyed a delicious couscous. We are always very happy with this restaurant, which brings back so many wonderful memories of times spent with our families. Thank you for your warm welcome as well.

The setting is lovely, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the service is quick, and their tagine is excellent! A place worth knowing about.

Every time I go, I feel like I'm arriving at one of those stylish, high-quality restaurants in Marrakech. The staff is smiling, elegant, and clean, well-dressed; the food is excellent; the setting is sophisticated; and the wine selection, in particular, is very extensive. It's difficult to find all of this combined in the East, where fast food and "microwave" restaurants coexist, seemingly catering to a rather undemanding clientele. Unless you go to one of the few gourmet restaurants, but then the price will be different. Finally, a couscous restaurant that isn't made of "kitchen tiles"... Thank you for the wonderful moments we spend there, and thank you for the after-dinner drink!

I wanted to share my very positive opinion of Le Sesame restaurant. We received a warm welcome upon arrival in a friendly and pleasant setting. The staff demonstrates great respect for its customers, which contributes to a delightful experience. The food is high-quality, delicious, and beautifully presented, and the staff is very competent, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant for a convivial and delicious meal.

Lovely place, great welcome! I highly recommend the chicken, olive, and lemon tagine 🍋 Parking was a bit of a hassle, but otherwise, I highly recommend this restaurant.

For a first time, it was divine! The chicken tagine with olives and lemon, the little pastries, and the green tea were simply incredible 🙌 The decor is absolutely magnificent and the servers were fantastic. I'll be back! 🌞
