Le Shalimar sur Vire

Excellent! It was delicious. And very kind, I highly recommend it 😊

One of the best curry’s I have ever had. The staff are excellent, speak english and are very friendly. They allow you to choose the level of spice in your dish which is really unique and shows how fresh every meal is. Naan bread really flavoursome but I would recommend getting one per meal as they are a bit small. The restaurant was very quiet with only 2 more tables eating in the restaurant on a Thursday but that’s actually not an awful thing as the food was quick to come out of the kitchen. Overall an excellent curry and hope to return again.

We like to come here regularly, especially for the exceptional garlic naan or the famous eggplant soup.

Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The owner and staff were very welcoming and helpful. All the favourite styles of curry that are popular in the UK are available here. Plenty of choice for main course, side dishes and dessert too. Highly recommended.

Our 2nd time at the restaurant after being introduced to it by my parents who visit frequently. Food is delicious, good service & a lovely atmosphere. Good sized portions reasonably priced too.

A very welcoming restaurant. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. We had a very pleasant time there.

An excellent experience! The food was delicious, very fresh, and very flavorful. A big thank you to all the staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and impeccable service. I highly recommend it!

Excellent experience! The cheese and minced meat naan (qeema naan) was simply delicious, generously filled, and cooked to perfection. The grilled platter was very generous, with tender, well-seasoned, and flavorful meat. A big thank you to the entire team and staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and prompt service. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

Without a doubt, one of the best places for Indian and Pakistani cuisine! The cheese naan, garlic naan, and fresh salad were all exceptional: incredibly fresh and delicious. Outstanding service, incredibly welcoming staff, and incomparable flavor. I can't wait to go back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went today and the food was simply perfect! I tried the Gambas Masala, the Seekh Kababs, and the Biryani, all accompanied by a refreshing Mango Lassi. Everything was so delicious and served piping hot. It tasted so good that I ended up getting some takeout for my family on my way out, and they loved it just as much! Great atmosphere, very welcoming staff, and fast service. I'll definitely be back!
