It's a very warm and welcoming place. You naturally feel comfortable throughout your visit. A small, family-run restaurant, very well-maintained and spotless. The parents are remarkably kind, and Hoang Phuong is a perfectionist at heart. They even go so far as to re-flatten the wasabi sauce just to make it presentable for each customer.
