The parents are remarkably kind, and Hoang Phuong is a perfectionist at heart. They even go so far as to re-flatten the wasabi sauce just to make it presentable for each customer. We were supposed to go to another all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant, which was closed on Tuesdays, but what a pleasant surprise to have come here instead of our original choice! There was a wide variety of choices, with portions that were less gargantuan than in some places, but the quality and flavor were better.
