Stunning !
As a starter we shared the vegetarian plate, which is a set of small salad and very good spread, served with rolls and puff pastry (two vegetables / two cheeses). I recommend.
The dishes were delicious. The vegetable tagine was really superb (photo supported) with a nice variety of vegetables. The royal and vegetarian couscous were also popular!
For dessert, the orange salad was a welcome addition after this sumptuous meal.
In short, we had a great time and we enjoyed ourselves.

“I really enjoyed my time in this restaurant. The atmosphere and the service were there, but the main thing remains, of course, the meal. We started with small starters before enjoying couscous. Overall the meal was good.”

The passivity of the staff when we followed inappropriate comments is not worth the cost of crushing yourself to keep three customers sometimes you have to know how to keep your head up

Great Moroccan restaurant. Friendly staff who can speak English if needed. They serve great dishes, large portions. Prices are rather high but probably reasonable given the quality.

Definitely order the sirocco shared entree (the assiette sirocco) with merguez lamb sausages, zaalouk eggplant salad and samosas.
If you wish to eat like a medieval king, there are few dishes that will recreate that experience as effectively as the pigeon pastilla. A sweet and savory combination of almonds, minced poultry, and cinnamon in a crispy, buttery pie shell, dusted with powdered sugar and served with peeled orange slices that have been marinaded in orange blossom water.
The chicken tagine with olives is served (very) hot and has a rich depth of flavor, with chicken on the bone and unpitted olives, argan oil and preserved lemons.
Highly-recommended for a moroccan meal in Paris on the higher-end of the scale.
The only thing to note is that it gets quite warm in there in peak summer (like with many restaurants in Paris that forego air conditioning) which is either quite fitting or a bit ironic, as the restaurant is named after the Saharan sandstorm.

Le cadre est très agréable, la cuisine enchanteresse. Le service convivial et prévenant. Il m’a été permis de goûter un couscous particulier à part de mon choix
