Overall, we had an excellent stay (night/dinner/breakfast). We would be happy to return. A big plus for the warm welcome and especially the ability to accommodate our specific disability. Thank you again. Hotel: Somewhat like a motel, as cars are parked in the courtyard. Both rooms were large, comfortable, clean, and full of thoughtful touches like coffee pods, slippers, and drinks. We slept well. Adding blackout blinds to all the windows would be a plus, like those in room 102. Restaurant: It's a delightful experience, equally pleasing to the eye and the palate. From the amuse-bouches to dessert, everything was more than enjoyable. The wine pairing was particularly well done, especially the Ad Libitum with the trout (21 euros for 3 wines). Excellent value for money with the €39 set menu... Breakfast is both plentiful and varied, a great way to start the day. There are both savory and sweet options...

A wonderful discovery for an overnight stay! The owners are very welcoming, the room is very nice, with a safe, minibar, and coffee maker... and the meal, even though it was a set menu for this overnight stay, was superb! Compared to other accommodations in the area, this is my favorite and one of my top 5 for the 90 nights I stay in each year.

We booked a room for one night, as we were just passing through. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant offers dishes with excellent local products, and the service is very attentive. Breakfast features a wide selection, always featuring local products. Our dog was welcomed and was able to stay with us during meals. The road is a bit busy, but it's very quiet at night. Recommended.

**I was so happy to find such a wonderful hotel at the end of my trip.** I stayed one night at this hotel on my way back to Freiburg from Brittany. It was just a stopover in the middle of a long journey, but it turned out to be a much more wonderful stay than I had imagined. The room was compact but very clean, and I could feel the attention to detail. I especially loved the calming atmosphere created by the indirect lighting. The towels were of good quality, and I was happy to have a bathtub. A kettle and Nespresso machine were also provided in the room, which was very welcome for relaxing after a long day of travel. And **what impressed me the most was the dinner.** The meal I had at the end of my trip felt like a perfect gift to conclude my journey. Each dish was delicious, and I could feel the chef's love and passion in the cooking. The hotel service was also excellent; the staff were all very kind and warm. English is spoken, so I think it would be reassuring for foreign travelers as well. I'm so glad I found such a wonderful place at the end of my trip to France. **This was a hotel that made me genuinely want to stay here again.** If I ever pass through this area again, I would definitely like to stop by again. The hotel is well-located and easily accessible. The welcome was very professional, even for a late arrival. The restaurant is pleasant, with the gentleman in the kitchen and the lady serving. The menu is refined and original, with helpful advice on wine pairings and excellent service. The only drawback was the 140cm bed.

Impeccable staff and service at an affordable price. As a disabled person, they met all my needs. Breakfast is served in the restaurant, which is separate and accessible without steps or stairs, and includes a mini buffet on trays. Highly recommended.
