A small restaurant by the water, guaranteed tranquility if it weren't for a cigarillo smoker who polluted the air! What a lack of consideration and disregard for others! The salad was decent but not enough for a quick snack... Credit cards not accepted! The young waitress was smiling...

Great location on the banks of the Sorgue, friendly welcome, varied menu with daily specials, fast service, quality cuisine, and credit card payments accepted. A truly wonderful discovery, definitely not to be avoided as some might say. We'll be back without hesitation.

Snack the Big Fred

15/07/2026: Came 40 mins out of our way after climbing Mont Ventoux 🚲 was searching for a quick sandwich spot and this was the only place that came up. Arrived and we were skeptical when we saw the pics on the menu but OMG WOW. We had two sandwiches - jambon emmental beurre and saucisson. Simple but absolutely delicious. Super friendly service and an INCREDIBLE view. Excellent value too - thank you Fred and sorry we ever doubted you! 🥖❤️
10/06/2026: Excellent sandwiches (we had warm goat cheese and ham/emmenthal/butter) and a delightful salad. And in the most scenic of places. Fred is lovely. Highly recommended.
