Snack the Big Fred sur Fontaine-De-Vaucluse

The best snack bar I've ever had. The daily special, fresh and well-prepared ingredients, a real treat! I also recommend the burgers, paninis, and tacos; everything is generously portioned and delicious, made to order. Shaded terrace overlooking the Sorgue River, warm welcome. A MUST-TRY :)

We loved coming to Fred's for a taste of the local cuisine during our 3 days in Fontaine de Vaucluse. It's an authentic and very pleasant place; thank you to the owners for their warm welcome. We'll definitely be back!

Came 40 mins out of our way after climbing Mont Ventoux 🚲 was searching for a quick sandwich spot and this was the only place that came up. Arrived and we were skeptical when we saw the pics on the menu but OMG WOW. We had two sandwiches - jambon emmental beurre and saucisson. Simple but absolutely delicious. Super friendly service and an INCREDIBLE view. Excellent value too - thank you Fred and sorry we ever doubted you! 🥖❤️

Excellent sandwiches (we had warm goat cheese and ham/emmenthal/butter) and a delightful salad. And in the most scenic of places. Fred is lovely. Highly recommended.

Delicious kebab with great fries, top-notch service and above all, a truly fantastic setting!

Delicious and inexpensive. The owner is fantastic. As the village postman, I stop by once a month to eat. His duck breast is succulent. I highly recommend it.
