Very good restaurant offering local dishes and a selection of regional wines. Favorite for beef bourguignon Warm service and good wine advice

Very happy with our experience at Soufflot. • Kitchen : The cocktails were very good and at a fair price. For the starter, the Œufs en Meurette were delicious, however I might have preferred a little more sauce. When cooking eggs, some were soft-boiled or hard-boiled rather than poached, but I know that poached eggs are difficult to make. The duck breast was very good. The beef cheek bourguignon also, the meat was of very very good quality, but was perhaps not present in sufficient quantity for the price. The sauce was also very good, and present in quantity, but perhaps a little too salty. The ingredients were all of very good quality, and the dishes were all homemade. • Service : The staff was very friendly, the wait a little long between dishes, but which is totally understandable given that there are 2 of them and that all the dishes on the menu are homemade. I prefer to wait longer like here than to have a dish that comes out of the microwave and the freezer 👍 • Atmosphere : The setting was really very nice. This big vine that comes out of the ground and covers almost the entire room is just magnificent. The lighting also gives a good atmosphere. The furniture is also very nice. Everything is designed to have a friendly atmosphere, and it is successful. However, be careful with mold which risks growing quickly and can represent a danger in the event of long exposure. The floor was also very sticky, perhaps due to unsuitable cleaning products 🤷 I recommend.

Magnificent discovery, atypical interior due to the presence of this magnificent vine which covers the glass roof. Very pleasant and professional welcome. A taste experience that I highly recommend, we enjoyed home cooking full of flavors, quality wines, all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend

A restaurant discovered by chance while passing through Irancy to buy wine. The storefront really doesn't look like much and I even thought it was closed! I preferred to call to ensure availability, original right? However, once inside the decor of the dining room is absolutely magnificent. The ceiling is covered by a vines with little lights, totally cute. To top it off, existing air conditioning. Top cuisine, it's really very good with an original plate presentation. Good value for money. It really is an establishment to discover and not hesitate to return.

A very pleasant village restaurant. The decor is planted with vegetation above us, settling us into a peaceful universe. The service is done very kindly and very quickly. As for the cuisine, no complaints, it was very tasty. We had a pleasant time.

For a perfect lunch! The chef is friendly and so is the manager. The food is delicious.

Et pas seulement mais aussi dans l'assiette. Peu de choix mais des plats régionaux de qualité. Étant nombreux nous avons pu goûter à l'ensemble de la carte. Cuisine simple et bien faite. Patron sympathique qui nous a fait une dégustation à l'aveugle de vins bien choisis. Nous le recommandons vivement

Jolie salle ..menu à la carte donc un peu cher (140 euros pouer2) ..très bonne cuisine mais on s'attendait à plus recherché ... sinon bon choix de vins..Le responsable semblait fatigué .. le village d'Irancy est magnifique ainsi que les alentours..
