Le Soufflot sur Irancy

A very nice restaurant, the setting is magnificent with the grapevine growing inside. A very wide selection of wines. My only complaint is the menu, which isn't suited to the heatwave; there aren't enough light and refreshing dishes. I would have preferred smaller portions with a bit of greenery. The waitress and chef were very welcoming, and the gougères were excellent.

We had a fantastic time at Le Soufflot, a complete success from start to finish! The setting is magnificent, as are the food and service. We can't wait to go back!

A family outing (7 people) on a Saturday at lunchtime. A very warm welcome. The setting is lovely, with a well-respected local theme: vineyards, wood, and stone. The cuisine was generous and delicious. The technical skill was evident on the plate. There was a wide selection of wines on the menu. I decided to turn the potential downside of this meal into a strength: there was indeed a rather long wait between the starter and the main course (especially with a 6-year-old present). After I mentioned this slight delay, the waitress kindly explained that they were understaffed, as there were only two of them (herself and the chef). At the end of the meal, I reflected on the fact that the whole family had thoroughly enjoyed their meal, with no technical errors, in a full dining room. I thought to myself that the service was truly outstanding, considering the limited staff for these two young people (the waitress and the chef). We received repeated apologies at the time of payment, along with a suggestion for a small gesture, which we declined given our satisfaction. We would like to return and we will.

A very pleasant restaurant. Excellent homemade cuisine. We were there outside of school holidays and it's a place not to be missed.
