I don't understand the negative reviews about this restaurant at all. Admittedly, the prices are a bit high, but I find the quality more than adequate compared to many other restaurants in Paris! We had the salmon steak, which was succulent, with homemade fries, a rarity these days, and I personally had the sea bass fillet, which was also delicious. The profiterole for dessert was exquisite. And what can I say about the service, which was truly impeccable from beginning to end? I want to emphasize this because it's increasingly rare these days. We had a wonderful evening and will gladly return.

Everything was basically amazing but prices were a little steep and the portions of sides (mushed potatoes and green vegetables) were stingy!

What a fabulous restaurant. The proprietors and staff were wonderful. The food was delicious. Definitely the steak with pepper sauce and pommes allumettes were the highlight of our meal. They have interior and exterior seating. It is a warm and convivial restaurant worth a visit, especially after shopping at the nearby Aligre market in the 12th. Their plates are also decorated with figures of the owner’s beloved dog! Highly recommended.

A truly wonderful experience at Square Trousseau. The menu offers a genuine culinary journey, with remarkable gastronomic quality, exquisite presentation, and a real attention to detail in the ingredients, balance, and flavors. Special mention goes to Jules, who welcomed us with elegance, class, and professionalism. His advice and suggestions were precise, spot-on, and demonstrated genuine expertise. He was attentive throughout the meal, providing attentive, respectful, and perfectly executed service, in the spirit of fine French cuisine. A place that pays homage to the quality of French service, something that is becoming increasingly rare in Paris. A truly excellent restaurant in the 12th arrondissement, highly recommended.

This place is a quintessential, elegant Parisian brasserie. Looking out onto the tranquil park or while sitting outside at this fabulous restaurant on a sunny day is such a delight.
