Very expensive and not extraordinary. Disappointing even though the atmosphere and service are trendy and chic.

Le Square Trousseau has become one of our go-to spots whenever we’re in Paris. Beautiful venue, staff who are always super helpful, and the food is exquisite every time. A place we keep coming back to and can’t recommend enough.

You're mainly paying for the location. The service is quick and friendly, but not overly so. This allows you to fully experience Paris. The cocktails and drinks are expensive, and not in line with the prices in the 12th arrondissement. There are better value-for-money places nearby.

We received a very warm welcome, the service was perfect, and our waiter was very attentive. The portions were generous (one starter was enough for two) and the food was delicious. A very good brasserie. We were seated on the terrace, which was very pleasant. Yes, the prices may seem high, but considering the service and the food, they are more than justified!

I love Square Trousseau: the service is usually impeccable and the food always excellent. That's precisely why I was so surprised and disappointed yesterday at lunchtime by the attitude of a manager who dared to question, in front of the customers, a waitress who was nonetheless professional, smiling, generous, and clearly very dedicated to her work. Even more astonishing, he confidently disputed the very existence of tuna belly in a Niçoise salad. An unpleasant scene that gives the impression of a management style lacking respect for staff who are doing their best.

I don't understand the negative reviews about this restaurant at all. Admittedly, the prices are a bit high, but I find the quality more than adequate compared to many other restaurants in Paris! We had the salmon steak, which was succulent, with homemade fries, a rarity these days, and I personally had the sea bass fillet, which was also delicious. The profiterole for dessert was exquisite. And what can I say about the service, which was truly impeccable from beginning to end? I want to emphasize this because it's increasingly rare these days. We had a wonderful evening and will gladly return.
