Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are equipped with all amenities. The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a cozy little park right outside.

I had a wonderful experience at this historic hotel. It's the perfect place to stay during the holidays. The Christmas decorations are perfect, the huge fireplace with its crackling wood is magnificent, the staff is attentive... In short, there are many reasons why I highly recommend this place.

The place remains a landmark in Mulhouse, however, it must be said that, at over a century old, the hotel has aged considerably. Even though some of the rooms have been renovated, they still look rather dated.

The classic interior design is quite impressive. The room is clean and relatively spacious. The reception lobby is attractive, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is somewhat simple but still acceptable. There are not many facilities in the surrounding area, but taking a walk around is still quite pleasant.

We stayed for two nights at the end of December as two families. The rooms were old but clean and had everything you might need. Parking and breakfast are chargeable. At least parking shouldn't be free. In all the hotels we've stayed at so far, we've been able to get water daily, but here, when we asked for water upon returning to the hotel in the evening, they said they had run out. We had to look for an open market nearby late at night. This was very unpleasant. On check-out, another staff member said they only provide water upon arrival and not every day, but they were obliged to give us some out of politeness. Your hotel should provide at least a certain amount of water every day for its guests.

The room's heating wasn't working, and it was only after several hours and numerous complaints that a space heater was installed. Unacceptable! No compensation was offered for this failure. This is very regrettable for an establishment of this caliber… which, it must be said, boasts excellent cuisine and magnificent decor.

The hotel is okay. The breakfast has a slightly limited selection.

My wife and I stayed for two days during the Christmas period. My expectations weren't high, but it was neither a bad nor a good hotel. The rooms are old, the ceilings are high, which generally doesn't bother you, but the attitude of the reception was negative. You ask for slippers, they just ran out; you ask for water, they're out of it now; we ask if they can check the rooms to see if they're cold, and they make a small adjustment as if we've never seen a wall-mounted panel before, but the room doesn't get warm. There was a staff member who constantly brushed you off and thought they were convincing you. We didn't have breakfast. Overall, my opinion is that it's acceptable to stay there if expectations are kept low.

It's a shame we prefer showers, but the room and service were impeccable +++. Breakfast was a bit pricey for guests who don't eat cold cuts or cheese. The staff were very attentive, thank you.
