Swimming area and relaxation area not respected. No one in diving gear while swimming shorts are not accepted (except for lifeguards). You should explain to me.

Regular visits to the swimming pool and relaxation area for a few months, good facilities and very friendly staff overall! the jacuzzi with a view of the fare waterfall, a joy ✌️

The swimming pool is very good, warm and well maintained. We go there regularly as a family for a very reasonable price (15 euros for 4). All this would be perfect if the lady at reception was at least a little friendly, unfortunately she is one of the people who has nothing to do in a reception profession: she likes neither her job nor the people. It's a shame for her and for the people who frequent this place. I hope they hire someone friendly, smiling and polite. Emmanuel
