My second HIIT class with Anis Ben Choug was incredible! The timing was perfect, the music was great, he went around to each person to motivate us, corrected our movements, etc. A truly wonderful discovery! I've rarely felt so good after a workout! The studio itself is also fantastic, with a friendly welcome and very clean rooms, changing rooms, and showers! I highly recommend it!! Big love to the whole team!

I tried the Pilates Skulpt class during my last trip to Paris. The place is very nice and welcoming. You can easily get a coffee, change clothes, and take a shower (towels are provided). The class itself was challenging but enjoyable nonetheless. I'm glad I went and I wouldn't hesitate to return to Kah Studio.

I came on Sunday for the daily burn class and I loved it! Congratulations to coach Mathilde, excellent coaching, very smooth and above all, always delivered with such kindness and a zest for life! I highly recommend her classes!!
