We just spent a wonderful week at the Hôtel du Tanargue. The new owners are very welcoming, the hotel is impeccably maintained, and the meals were varied and made with fresh, local produce. The setting is enchanting and surrounded by forest. Christiane and Jean Pierre C.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and well... no... no daily specials... But the menu is definitely worth a visit. The food is excellent, featuring local produce, the chef is very welcoming, the service is great, and they even train young people from the school. Bravo to you and the young people you train! We spent a weekend at this hotel during the lovely Beaume Drobie Trail. The new owners were very welcoming to this pleasant, quiet location. The room was spacious and very clean, admittedly a bit old-fashioned, but it had everything we needed! We ate very well at the restaurant; everything is homemade and the meals were perfect. Thank you to the owner for allowing us to shower after the Trail in the mid-afternoon, even though we had already checked out. It was a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you. We will definitely return. Excellent stay, thank you to the new managers for their warm welcome. The hotel is very pleasant, the rooms are clean. The restaurant is very good, the portions are generous, and the breakfast is plentiful! We will definitely return.

A superb discovery! The hotel (and owners) are very friendly. The rooms are spacious. The meals and breakfast are excellent. The restaurant is charming. Very good value for money (half-board). A paradise for those seeking tranquility, close to the high peaks of the Ardèche Cévennes and less than an hour from tourist sites like Vallon Pont d'Arc or Balazuc (for those who would like to meet people). An ideal place for a rejuvenating getaway; we promise to be back!
