Incredibly excellent, authentic cuisine prepared with great love every time. I think I've eaten there more than 50 times over the years. It had been six years since I'd been back to France, six years trying to find a restaurant that lived up to Sam's. Finally, I had the great pleasure of returning, and the same magnificent quality is still there. Sam is an incredible person and host. The menu is smaller now, but the selection is carefully curated, and every dish we tried was incredible. I can only recommend that anyone passionate about Asian cuisine venture there. Sam and his family awakened a great love for food in me almost 15 years ago, when I was just a little boy. This restaurant will remain my best Asian culinary experience, and it's not for lack of trying well over a hundred Asian restaurants in Europe. I could go on for an hour about the quality of this restaurant and the kindness of Sam, who has always welcomed me with the greatest of warmth. Whether you're from the area, just visiting, or coming from afar, I highly recommend making a detour to eat here. To Sam, if you see this message, thank you for the superb meal a few days ago. And without exaggeration, your meals and your hospitality have always held a special place in my heart and are a big part of my great passion for cooking. Whenever I'm back in France, a visit is a must.

Passing through on our way to visit the Cité des Mers (City of the Seas), we stumbled upon this lovely spot. A warm welcome awaited us, and the small restaurant, already quite busy, had room for a family of five without a reservation. The owner was very attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant time. The delicious and generous portions are well worth the trip. A nice touch was that some dishes arrived on a hot plate, keeping them piping hot and delicious. If we return to Cherbourg, we'll definitely be back!
