If it's just to spend one night there it's OK, it's not super clean, there was a smell of cold tobacco in the room, but frankly there are much worse for the same price
The staff are one of the kindest. They even asked to keep the backpack after our checkout. Located close to Gare de est metro/train station. The hotwater inside the room came without any issues. The water outlet in the bathroom and toilet were going without any issues.
We booked the hotel 2 days before our departure, and we are happy to get his budget friendly hotel. We can not expect 3* facilities. The room with the compact attached bathroom and toilet was decent. There are no lifts. The bath towels and small soap were provided. The room looked very old, and the bed spread was just okay. There is wifi and TV which we didn't use. We need to drop the keys at the reception everything we go out of the hotel.
Reading the comments of other travelers I was afraid that my stay would go badly. But, if you only have to spend one night, this hotel may be suitable. It is certainly not very clean whether in the bathroom or bedroom; it's not very well insulated, we could hear the rooms next door; and no shutters, just curtains so full light in the morning...
