I love their couscous because the semolina is so fine. The The merguez are great, not greasy and fill of meat. The broth is wonderful without oily "eyes".

Overall, a decent experience. I'm Moroccan, so I'm used to eating this type of food and I know it pretty well. Frankly, it wasn't bad; I enjoyed the meal, but it's definitely not the best I've ever had. That said, it's not the worst either. The main negative point for me was the quality of the meat, which I found average. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't exceptional either, especially when you've had better elsewhere. And above all, the price is a bit too high for what it is. Almost €20 for this type of dish seems quite expensive considering the quality and quantity. So, in the end, an okay experience, but with some areas for improvement. 3/5

Tipaza is a neighborhood institution, having been open for at least 25 years. The food is generally decent, though it varies depending on the owners and the kitchen staff. Currently, the quality is quite acceptable. It's a neighborhood restaurant with its regulars, and it's always nice to be able to go there without any surprises. Otherwise, it's not haute cuisine, but it's efficient and quite good. In short, a good experience from time to time.
