My partner and I were quite disappointed, to summarize: -Cooking level, nothing incredible (1 caramel pork without caramel, noodles which lack taste and accompaniments, spring rolls which are nothing extraordinary) -The service is correct but difficult to interact with a server located 10 meters behind the bar We didn't have a bad time but not a good one either.

Their cuisine is just a gem, first time and really not disappointed, we will come back without hesitation! Special mention to the gentleman at reception who is smiling and very kind, nothing to say really great!

The dishes are very good, most of them homemade and the restaurant is clean. We have eaten there 3 or 4 times now, I recommend!

03/12/2024: Small room, it is better to reserve. The satisfactory cuisine with few products (guarantee of quality), new menu each season and the service available. The first room serves as a bar, so a little noisy but very bearable. Finally, easy public parking. This is a good address.

10/09/2024: I arrived in Dax today and decided to have dinner at the restaurant "La Scuderia". And I was very surprised. My goodness, this is incredibly delicious. It's been a long time since I experienced such a gastronomic orgasm as today. Overall, I will definitely come back to Dax just for this restaurant. I highly recommend it
