A very good experience at Touareg! The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. A friendly place where you're sure to have a good time. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful discovery in Colmar. Moroccan cuisine bursting with flavor, featuring perfectly seasoned spices that are present, fragrant, but never overpowering or intrusive. A lovely restaurant for Friday couscous in the land of sauerkraut... in the beautiful city of Colmar, which I visited 40 years ago but which is still very beautiful. Camel... Moroccan? Great for children... Dima Maghreb! Very kind and welcoming owners. A lovely stopover.

It was a magnificent, homemade meal, excellent for our taste buds, truly superb. Not to mention the warm welcome and top-notch service, always with a smile.... A huge thank you to you and especially to the wonderful cook who took us on a culinary journey from appetizer to dessert.

Great alternative to the typical Alsace style restaurants. We had the vegetarian tajine and the chicken lemon tajine and both were amazing.

Very friendly staff both on the phone and on site. Very good food, especially the lamb with prunes and apricots, superb. Expert use of spices. They seem very attentive to gluten-free options and the associated cross-contamination issues. Definitely worth trying.

The vegan couscous was delicious and the service was perfect; the waiter was very friendly. I didn't have to wait long, and the portion was just right! I highly recommend it :)

29/09/2026: Unfortunately, this restaurant was a bit of a disappointment. The service was very pleasant, but the dishes were dry and lacked variety in flavor. The mezze generally had the same toppings and the selection on the mezze menus wasn't very varied. Furthermore, the frozen dessert we were served didn't match the menu description of "strawberry passion fruit vacherin" but was vanilla and strawberry. It looked like it had been in storage for a long time and had lost much of its flavor. The price was quite high for a frozen dessert.

25/07/2026: I'm 55 years old, and I've never eaten so well as today! How is it that this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star? I eat out very often, and I traveled from Belfort to try this restaurant, which had been highly recommended to me. The cuisine was breathtaking. The dishes were refined and elegant, everything was very fresh, and above all, the homemade quality was immediately apparent. I invite the Michelin Guide inspectors to visit this restaurant and experience this sumptuous gastronomy. I particularly commend the chef of this restaurant, who must use all his expertise to create such spectacular dishes. Keep up the good work; I will definitely be back. Sincere congratulations!
