07/07/2026: I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Monsieur Blanc's on July 4th. We were welcomed by Monsieur Blanc and his wife. Thank you all for making this day so special. Everything was perfect. The meal was delicious. The staff were exceptionally kind and discreet. Thank you to my dear sister for this unforgettable gift. A Bresse native, happy to be back in her hometown for the day.

07/07/2026: The setting and staff are worthy of the establishment, the welcome and service are impeccable, and there's a succession of original and delicious surprises, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert and petits fours. I was a little disappointed by the Bresse chicken, a large hen which, despite the various variations, lacked the finesse expected in a fine dining restaurant, and the other house specialty, the Vonnassienne crêpe, didn't offer the lightness I'd hoped for. My next visit will be an opportunity to try other dishes on the menu… The wine list is exceptional, and the sommelier's expert advice helps in selecting from among renowned vintages.
