Le Trublion sur Marcillac-Vallon

A very warm welcome from a team of young people. A small but nonetheless very tempting menu. Beautiful, generous salads, as well as the burgers I saw on neighboring tables. As for my tagliata, it was pure bliss. The seasonings were perfect: even the side salad was anything but ordinary, with a perfectly seasoned walnut oil vinaigrette. The bill was also very reasonable. Thank you to the whole team! And for those who appreciate good restaurants: go without hesitation!

Very nice restaurant/bar, good food, great and lively atmosphere

Stop at the bistro, selection of draft beers, friendly welcome

Passing through Marcillac, we stopped at Le Troublion and were pleasantly surprised. The cuisine featured local produce and was very well prepared. The staff were competent and friendly, and we enjoyed a lovely evening on the terrace.

Spectacularly value-for-money, traditional brasserie, with lunchtime three-course €16 menu and an unmissable bavette with frites.

Excellent meal: homemade fries and a very tender ribeye steak. The owner was very friendly.

Everything was perfect: pleasant service, delicious food, and they made an exception for two vegetarians. We were a group of three, including one person in a wheelchair, and everything went very smoothly. We will definitely be back!

Le Trublion is a superb restaurant: creative cuisine, fresh ingredients, impeccable presentation, and attentive service. The atmosphere is modern, friendly, and makes you want to return. A restaurant that is definitely worth the detour.

Passing through the region with my family after a long drive, we were delighted to stop at this establishment. We received a warm welcome, and the food arrived... The taste was a real surprise (which I sincerely encourage you to try... You can find "homemade fries" everywhere, after all). My vocabulary isn't rich enough to describe the quality of this product... It's rare that I take the time to leave a review for... Homemade fries...!!!! It's truly a 10/10 side dish. Go there, try it, and you'll want to go back...

Excellent service, very welcoming staff, and a really attractive price for the daily menu.
