A wonderful discovery in La Buisse! From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm and genuine, with an attentive team that immediately puts you at ease. As for the cuisine, Le Valgo takes you on a journey to the heart of the Hautes-Alpes traditions with authentic and generous recipes. The famous "donkey ears," the house specialty, are worth the trip alone. What makes the difference is the genuine commitment to homemade dishes, from appetizers to desserts, using seasonal and high-quality ingredients. The flavors are bold, the portions are generous, and the prices remain very reasonable considering the quality offered. A must-visit for lovers of traditional cuisine, local produce, and a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team.

Excellent experience at Le Valgo restaurant in La Buisse! I chose the regional menu and particularly enjoyed the tourtons (a type of savory pie) and ravioli, which were carefully prepared and showcased local flavors. The owners are very welcoming and contribute to a friendly and authentic atmosphere. A big thank you also to the waiter and the young blonde waitress, both lovely, very attentive, and always smiling. Their kindness and professionalism greatly contributed to the quality of this experience. The homemade dishes are a real treat. The terrace is very pleasant, spacious, and open, with a magnificent preserved tree in the center that adds a lot of charm to the place. The restaurant is enjoying well-deserved success; I highly recommend booking your table in advance. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation!

A lovely establishment with a great terrace and quality food. Unfortunately, this otherwise excellent experience was largely marred by the attitude of a particularly unfriendly waiter. However, thank you to the waitresses, who were much more pleasant and welcoming.
