🍷 That's a wrap in Voisins-le-Bretonneux Last night of the week here, and I've decided to slow down one last time. To end on a high note, I settled down at Vendôme, a small Italian restaurant just the way I like them: tasteful decor, a relaxed atmosphere, and truly impeccable service. They don't just serve pizza here. Tonight, it's back to basics: a beautiful, perfectly seared ribeye steak, accompanied by a bottle of 2022 Chinon. A truly local red, rich and fruity, perfect for unwinding after these busy days. It's wonderful, far from the hustle and bustle, in this little corner of the Yvelines region that always holds delightful culinary surprises. Tomorrow, it's back home.
