01/09/2023: The Restaurant du Moulin de la Gorce is a wonderful discovery in a magnificent setting. We ordered the Evening Tasting menu which I highly recommend. To put it simply, simply let yourself be captivated by the chef's talent and you won't regret it. The dishes come and go in a never-ending ballet of flavors. Here it is the alliance of the generous and the delicious. Everything is controlled and terribly good. The dishes and approaches are diversified to ensure that you don't get bored in your mouth and that you leave with a full stomach. The service is also very appreciable. We will particularly note the beautiful tableware, the traditional decor, the intimate and relaxed atmosphere and above all the sympathy of the dining room team. A very nice address with very good value for money. 5 stars. All that remains is to go back.
